Around 10–12% of the purchase price, this includes a 10% tax, notary fee , and registration fees.

Yes, a Spanish bank account is needed, we can connect you with trusted partners and help you open the account.

Yes. It’s straightforward, and we’ll guide you through every legal detail.

Usually between 6–12 weeks, but can be quicker depending on paperwork and the financing.

We’ll keep you updated and show you similar options—and if anything changes with said property, you’ll be the first to know.

All the way—from the first viewing until the keys are in your hand (and beyond). We don’t disappear once the papers are signed.

Identification; passport, ID card or N.I.E (If foreign), the funds or mortgage approval if necessary and a Spanish bank account etc. We’ll guide you step by step so nothing feels overwhelming.

Besides the sunshine and Paella? Budget around 10–12% extra for fees and taxes, expect some paperwork, but we’ll take care of it together.
