This stunning luxury villa, sleeps 8, and is located in Gran Alacant, Santa Pola (15 minutes drive from Alicante).  The villa has a large open plan living and dining area on the ground floor, with fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, oven hob, fridge freezer etc, leading off the living room is a large terrace overlooking the 10x 5 swimming pool. On the first floor are two bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms and beautifully both bedrooms on this floor have their own private terrace. In the basement there are a further two bedrooms both with en-suite bathrooms. All rooms have hot & cold air conditioning systems. The Villa also has Fibre WIFI throughout. The garden space is complimented by an outside sit-up Bar area with separate TV.  The Villa is accessed by a small number of steps, and it is noted that there are various sets of stairs throughout the villa.  The Villa is close to all amenities including, shops, bars and restaurants, all within walking distance.

There is a 300€ security deposit payable upon arrival during the Check-in, in cash. This deposit is retained for any serious breakages or damage to the property. This 300€ security deposit is reimbursed during the check-out.
