Wonderful 3 bedroom villa with fantastic views. The ground floor consists of 2 bedrooms, both with double beds with 2 bathrooms (one en-suite), lounge/dining-room, fully fitted kitchen. On the first floor which is accessed by a separate external entrance, is the 3rd double bedroom with 2 single beds, a bathroom and large solarium. The Villa has wifi and aircon. There is a large garden, with a private swimming-pool (8m x 4m) and BBQ area. Spectacular views to Alicante bay and surrounding area.

There is a 200€ security deposit payable upon arrival during the Check-in, in cash. This deposit is retained for any serious breakages or damage to the property. This 200€ security deposit is reimbursed during the check-out.
